How to Get Six Pack Abs in 30 Days

Some people say that they want to burn off their belly fat in order to get a flatter stomach. However, once they achieve this goal the goalposts move and the new aim is to get six pack abs in 30 days. The faster the better.

Most of us would love toned, lean stomach muscles but it usually doesn't come naturally. Just because you can't afford to spend hours down the gym doesn't mean you can't have a six pack. You can get six pack abs at home without fancy machines and without spending a fortune or loads of time on it.

We like to think of having a six pack as being an indicator of ultimate health and fitness. We are told that women find six packs attractive , especially on Hollywood actors and models. But a six pack doesn't just look good, it is functional too. It can help your performance in exercise and sport because it means you have a strong core.

So how can you get six pack abs in 30 days?

The place to begin when it comes to getting a rippling six pack is by cleaning up your diet. You are going to want to eat enough to keep your metabolism going but little enough to cause the layer of fat above your stomach muscles to burn off.

  • Don't skip breakfast! This will just make you hungrier come lunch time probably causing you to overeat to make up for the hunger.
  • Up your water intake as we often think we are hungry when really we are just thirsty. Not only that, but drinking plenty of water actually suppresses hunger which makes it less likely for you to snack in between meals and helps keep your portion sizes down.
  • Eat 3 square meals a day with low fat snacks in between. There's no need to go on any fancy protein only diet to get six pack abs.
  • Try to maintain a calorie deficit of around 500.
  • To keep your metabolism revved up you can eat little protein based meals, often for the first 30 days.
  • You can add a powerful fat burner like PhenQ to really speed up your metabolic rate and burn off fat faster.

The aim of these diet tips is to help lower your body fat percentage which will cause your abs to start showing through your stomach fat. The usual aim is to get your body fat percentage under 10% which is doable in 30 days if you are starting at 15% for example. But if you have a very high body fat percentage it may take longer than 30 days to get six pack abs.

Diet can only get you so far, even underdeveloped abs can show through if you have a low enough body fat percentage. But for major results like in Chris Evans who played Captain America, you are going to want to combine diet with exercise.

Lose Body Fat

The first thing to do is to start stripping fat from your body by doing cardio exercise. You could have the perfect abs hidden under a layer of fat so it's important to start losing body fat so your muscles are more noticeable.

Exercises like running and cycling are ideal as long as you exercise hard enough to get your blood pumping.

Exercise to Get Six Pack Abs

You don't need any fancy equipment in order to build up your ab muscles. Start simple by doing sit ups and crunches. If you want to buy some cheap equipment a stability ball can add an extra dimension to your workouts.

Work out at least three times a week.

Think about buying some cheap dumbbells to help maintain your muscle mass whilst losing weight. Doing bicep curls whilst exercising is a powerful way to burn extra calories.

It is important to do both cardio and resistance training so you have the perfect balance of weight loss and muscle building that will have you well on your way to getting an easy six pack at home.

get six pack absIf you want fast results in a month, you will need to train your abs for both strength gains and to make the muscles thicker and therefore show through more.

To get an idea of what your results will look like, contract your abs right now. This causes them to protrude and look more visible.

Your abs are made of several types of muscle, but the one we are going to focus on is the rectus abdominis. This is the section of muscle on the front of your stomach that is used in order to prevent your body from bending backwards and to help you to lean forward.

Therefore to develop these muscles you need to carry out exercise that involves bending forwards.

The problem is that most people don't train this area properly. You need to really feel your rectus abdominis working, not bend from the hips. You don't really want overdeveloped hip flexors when trying to get a six pack!

The other main area of muscles you want to train is the transverse abdominis, which is the muscle that acts as a belt around your core. It holds in your stomach and supports your back, and most importantly for your reasons it forms part of your six pack.

No supplement is going to give you a six pack just like that, no matter what the claims say. What good supplements can do is reduce the fat levels in your stomach so that your defined muscles show through better.

PhenQ is my top rated fat burner because it not only strips off fat from all over your body, it gives you energy which you can use for workout motivation.
