Many of us eat too many carbs each day, from bread to potatoes and pasta. But we often do this without realizing it. Carbs are very high in calories and popular diets such as the Atkins diet promote limiting the number of carbs you eat to a very small amount.
If you find it difficult to cut down on the carbs you eat, a carb blocker such as Decarb can do the work of limiting carbs for you. In fact, Decarb claims a reduction in carb absorption by up to 66%.
This means that nearly two-thirds of the carbohydrates you consume will simply pass through the digestive system without being converted to body fat.
How Does Decarb Work?
Decarb contains an extract of the white kidney bean which is known to limit carbohydrate absorption. Carbs are converted into glucose by the digestive system. In this form, glucose can be converted into fat if it is not burned off by exercise.
If you lead an inactive lifestyle or do not exercise for the recommended 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week your body will be busy converting the carbs you eat into unsightly fat every day.
Decarb puts a stop to this process, by inhibiting the enzyme which converts carbohydrates into glucose. This means the glucose is just not available to be turned into fat.

The Verdict
