It is wise to seek out both sides of the argument when it comes to choosing a diet pill. That is why people like you are searching for a PhenQ negative review containing complaints, downsides and bad press to help them make up their minds as to whether this diet pill is right for them.
Unless you don't know much about this supplement: PhenQ is a high-quality fat-burning diet pill made in the USA. It was made as a response to dieters who wanted a safer alternative to the prescription pill Phentermine.
It is important to state that it does not contain Phentermine which is actually banned in a lot of countries. It is, however, a credible Phentermine alternative that isn't dangerous.
I decided to take a long, hard look at PhenQ and report a PhenQ negative review to provide a more balanced opinion of this diet pill than other glowing testimonials and reviews.
Here are some of the bad things I noticed about PhenQ:
No Miracle
PhenQ is not a miracle pill in that you aren't going to wake up in a new body overnight. It isn't going to work if you continually eat more calories than you should, for example.
You need to work with the diet pill by eating sensibly and exercising, generally keeping yourself healthy enough for the pill to get to work on boosting your metabolism and burning fat. In reality, no pill is going to be miraculous.
PhenQ doesn't claim that their pill will work miracles either unlike some other scam and dodgy weight loss products on the market that promise you the world on a plate. Instead, they promote a healthy rate of weight loss that can be maintained easily once achieved using their product.
Strength
This is quite a strong diet pill, with a few stimulants in it including caffeine, so if you are caffeine sensitive it is best to go with a stimulant-free diet pill like PhenQ PM, which is also free from gluten, milk, and animal-based ingredients.
Common sense suggests not to take this supplement (or any diet pill) if you have a heart condition. This is sensible advice to follow for any diet pill.
Many other diet supplements claim anyone can take their product which is a sweeping statement considering the fact that lots of people who want to lose weight also have medical conditions like diabetes, heart problems, and liver conditions.
It is simply irresponsible to make these claims, and PhenQ makes no such claims. Despite this being a PhenQ negative review they do promote a realistic view of achieving weight loss through sensible diet, exercise, and clever supplementation.
Side Effects
You might experience side effects when taking PhenQ such as problems sleeping and feeling a little bit jittery.
This is in line with the fact that it contains caffeine which is a known stimulant. Any pill that contains caffeine would have these side effects.
Beware of others who claim zero side effects.
Although the official website does state that the product has a strong safety record it doesn't specify side effects like trouble sleeping. However, they do say that people with health problems should consult a doctor before taking PhenQ.
Again, if you know you are sensitive to caffeine it is best avoided and you should opt for a caffeine-free diet pill.
In addition, certain people shouldn't take diet pills in general, no matter what other manufacturers tell you. Pregnant and nursing mothers should follow their physician's advice not to take PhenQ or any other diet pill.
Cost
If you just buy one month's supply then it can be expensive when compared to other well-known diet pills. But you will soon find that you can save loads and bring PhenQ down to a much more cost-effective price when you take advantage of their special offers like buy 2 get 1 bottle free.
You will also find that you are paying for quality. To get the quality ingredients at the right doses, the manufacturer of PhenQ has to invest in the ingredients and pass on the slightly higher cost to the consumer.
So there you have a much more balanced PhenQ negative review of the supplement PhenQ. It's not a miracle pill that will work overnight, it could be too strong for some people, and it may be more expensive than lower-end diet pills.
But what you are getting is a scientifically backed, high-quality, and established supplement that will effectively encourage weight loss that can be easily maintained.
