Intrigued by the hype on the internet, I aimed to find out the truth about one popular diet patch called the Boot Camp Body Slimming Patch. To find out if it works, how it works, and if there is a better alternative available.

Diet and slimming patches are not new weight loss products, but there are many hundreds of newly released every year. Some are good and some are bad with varying levels of success in causing long-term and significant weight loss. To be transparent, there are a lot of duds out there and even some scams. As some unscrupulous companies follow where the money is, at the expense of customer safety.

So let's investigate this seemingly popular weight loss patch for ingredients, testimonials, and efficacy. Does it live up to the hype?

How does the Boot Camp Body patch work?

The Boot Camp Body patch contains 10 natural ingredients in an easy-to-use patch form:

Also, the patch's ingredients will pass through the skin instead of being potentially destroyed by stomach acids, which is true for most diet pills. They minimize the chance of experiencing the gastrointestinal side effects often associated with diet pills. Making them a preferable option for those seeking a hassle-free weight loss solution.

These are advantages commonly seen in any weight loss patch vs diet pills and are not exclusive to the Boot Camp Body Patch.

The patch comes in a pack of 30 which are designed to be worn once a day. This would all be great if the patch were to stay on! Customers have complained that this patch “peeled off” and wouldn't stay on all day.

Does it work?

There is very little evidence to support the claims that the Boot Camp Body patch can help you to lose weight. I could only find a few customer testimonials, all of which were not very positive.
