How to stick to a diet

We all dream of losing weight easily, of being able to quickly slim down for a big event like a wedding or party. You may think having a reason to lose weight would make it easier to stick to a diet. The truth is even the best laid weight loss plans can collapse and you could end up weighing the same or even putting on weight for that special occasion.

Limited food diets
