Thank you for this advice and tips about diet pills. There is so many scams out there online. I have used Adiphene and had success. Lost over 20LBS and the side effects were not even noticeable. What I liked about that pill is the increase in energy it gave me without the “jitters”

Very interesting. I had no idea that Proactol XS was caffeine free! This is one of the things I was looking for in a diet pill because I am sensitive to caffeine.

I tried your alternative suggestion (Slim Diet Patch) and it definitely works. I lost about 4bs inside of a 7 day period after I tried it, shipping service is fast too.
